Judas Iscariot: The Ultimate... Hero?

So I haven't written here in some time and while there's TONS of videogame news I want to share and alot of exciting updates about my band I've been meaning to get around to... I simply haven't had the time.  But I did wanna throw this out there real quick.

I came across this National Geographic website during my lunch hour at work.  The writings in these scripts directly challenge the mainstream notion that Judas Iscariot was Jesus' traitor.  In fact, they suggest the exact opposite.

Call me a religious freak if you will, but I'm totally fascinated by the concept.  The part of the site where you can examine the document and read parts of the english translation are particularly rad.

The Gospel of Judas airs Sunday, April 9, 2006 @ 8pm on the National Geographic Channel.  Just in time for Easter.
